Rotterdam, 5 March 2021 – Cabot Properties has acquired a plot of approximately 7,300 m² at the Edisonstraat 3 in Berkel en Rodenrijs, for the development of a last-mile distribution center of approximately 5,300 m². The irrevocable building permit has been issued and construction is scheduled to start on 15th of Marc. Delivery of the building, which is available for rent, is expected by the end of this year.

Drees & Sommer Nederland is involved as project manager, on behalf of the developer HOC Plangarant. The construction of the project, which is designed by Grasso den Ridder Architecten, will be carried out by Bouwbedrijf Vrolijk.

The developer was commercially advised by Ooms Bedrijfshuisvesting and legally by Habraken Rutten.

The letting activities of the project will be carried out in a co-mandate by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners and Ooms Bedrijfshuisvesting.
