ROTTERDAM, 2 October 2017 – Jumpsquare will open the doors of a new location in the former ‘bread factory’ in Rijswijk (South Holland). The organization has signed a long term lease agreement for approximately 3,600 sq m. warehouse space and 88 parking spaces for the exploitation of an indoor trampoline center.

At this moment the warehouse space is being renovated and made sustainable for the future. The opening is scheduled for the first quarter of 2018.The warehouse space, situated next to a location of Monkeytown, was last available space within the complex. With this transaction the entire complex of approximately 25,000 sq m. warehouse space has been leased out for a long term. Jumpsquare is a franchise concept for indoor trampoline centers and has several locations in the Netherlands.

The landlord, a private investor, was advised by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners, in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield.
