Borghese Logistics has purchased 3.2 ha of land at Distripark Dordrecht for a high-quality new building for the logistics market.
The planned new construction of more than 22,141 m2 GFA is a state-of-the-art distribution center and designed by Mies Architectuur. Pleijsier Bouw is responsible for the realization and delivery is scheduled for mid-2021. The new distribution center will meet all modern requirements with regard to clear height, sprinkler protection, floor load and sustainability (BREEAM certification Very Good).
Distripark Dordrecht is the latest logistics business park in the region where quality, innovation and sustainability are paramount. Four wind turbines have already been realized at the location and there will also be a solar park with 22,000 solar panels. The entire business park will be “all-electric”, making it one of the first fully gas-free business parks in the Netherlands.
The new logistics park has its own connection to the A16 with connection to the N3 and A15, which provides an excellent base for both the Randstad and West Brabant. The proximity of the Dordtse Zeehaven, Terminal Alblasserdam, and the ports of Rotterdam, Moerdijk and Antwerp guarantees good accessibility and quick access by road, rail and water.
Borghese Logistics was assisted in this transaction by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners, who will also be responsible for the rental in collegiality with Ooms Makelaars.
